PROPERTIES OF OUR TMT BAR
• Earthquake Resistance: Suitable for use even in the seismic zones 3, 4 & 5.
• Fire Resistance: Capable to encounter even temperature as high as 400° – 600° Celsius.
• Corrosion Resistance: Excellent bend properties allow just that without losing its strength. This makes the bars really useful when it comes to butt and other weld joints.
• Cost Saving: 10% to 18% compared to CTS bars.
• Higher Strength: Pushpa TMX bars have high strength and are available in all grades.
• Better Metallurgical Properties: The metallurgical properties in Pushpa TMX bars are controlled at every stages right from selection of Iron Ore to process Direct Reduced Iron to Billet production to re-rolling facilities.
• Perfect Roundness: Pushpa TMX bars are made by tensionless rolling through the loop scanner system during the rolling process. Use of carbide rolls ensure perfect roundness of bars uniformly with constant speed of 14 m/s of rolling and reduction of oval shapes.
